S3에 업로드된 파일을 페이지에 첨부합니다.
이미지 파일(png, jpg, gif 등)은 <img> 태그로, 그 외 파일은 다운로드 링크로 렌더링합니다.

2. 경로 규칙
파일명→Attachment/{siteSeq}/{페이지명}/{파일명}clipboard/파일명→Attachment/{siteSeq}/{페이지명}/clipboard/{파일명}Attachment/...로 시작하면 그대로 사용

png, jpg, jpeg, gif, webp, svg, bmp, avif, tiff, tif, ico
